Joselin was born on May 6, 1998, in Cartagena, Colombia. He is the son of Sandra Fernandez and Jose Saenz and the only male among four siblings. He is the fourth lawyer in his family, continuing a strong legal tradition that has strongly influenced his professional values and commitment to justice.
He completed his primary education in Montelibano, Córdoba, Colombia, at FEM Bilingual School, where he developed strong English skills and became fully bilingual.

His passion for languages has remained a key part of his professional identity, allowing him to effectively assist and advise foreign clients.
At the age of 16, he moved to Medellin with his mother to complete his high school education while pursuing his passion for soccer. During this period, he played for Aguilas Doradas, an experience that strengthened his discipline, resilience, and teamwork skills. He graduated from high school in 2017.
In 2018, he began studying Law at the Universidad Autonoma Latinoamericana in Medellin. In 2025, he earned his law degree with an emphasis in Human Rights. Throughout his academic and professional development, he has demonstrated strong expertise in Tax Law and Real Estate Law, areas in which he provides strategic, practical, and results-oriented legal solutions.
His bilingual abilities, combined with his knowledge of Colombian legal systems, enable him to effectively guide international clients, particularly in real estate and tax matters.
